Year 5

Welcome to Year 5! Your teachers are Miss Arthur and Miss Perrin.

We are very excited to be teaching Year 5 this year. We are passionate about learning, developing a growth mindset and working collaboratively. Outside of school we love reading, travelling and spending time with our family and friends.

Our PE day is Thursday. In the Autumn term, Year 5 will be swimming.

We use Google Classroom for our learning. Please ask your child to take you on a tour of this at home.

In Year 5, our homework expectations are that your child reads daily. Each term there is a daily reading challenge whereby points are collected for an end of term reward. Every week, one piece of homework should be completed. This will be posted in google classroom for your child to access.
